Married to a “handy” man able to do every trick, Patricia has been living on the Estate for 20 years. She intends to find a new accommodation and not ask for one in the planned new buildings. From what she knows, the newer flats are not really suitable for older people, with all their open spaces and kitchen. Still, she is entitled to receive one, which her son may want to take over instead.
