pétaouchnok by night
|
I spent a week strolling alone at night in Pétaouchnok, searching for a way to express the overwhelming feeling of confusion that this imaginary city creates, or echoes. The result is a short series of self-portraits staged in various locations I came across. Confronting my loneliness, I gave my camera to people I met randomly on the streets and asked them to take my portrait as I posed. In exchange I would get away with a close-up of their face. Surprisingly, most agreed.
