| Herstappe is the smallest village in Belgium. Around 80 families who are traditionally francophone live here in a quiet and bucolic atmosphere. However, they are becoming increasingly Flemish. The village's policeman and the postwoman are both bilingual and come from the biggest neighboring village (Tongeren). Their offices are on the first and ground floor of this building. | ||||||||
